What a beautiful poem, even in all its heartbreak. Your words speak to me as I lost my brother a long time ago, yet sometimes it is like it only happened yesterday. Grieving a sibling is such a journey. It feels the same for me - "some days, it feels like a lifetime, other days, it's been no time at all."
